Small Business Coach

I know from personal experience how challenging being a business owner can be, in my early career I was fortunate to find an incredible mentor who made me feel valued, supported, and guided me to shift my mindset to launch and run my first business.

I aspire to have the same effect on you and your business.

As I am sure you know running and launching a business is demanding, and like an overworked, slowing pc we often need outside guidance and support to:

“STOP – delete obsolete files, and to REBOOT.”

That’s why my coaching practice is called REBOOT Coaching. I give support to business owners to reboot their businesses and refresh their lives. Empowering them to reach their goals, grow their business, increase their income and reach their life goals.

My coaching is about removing any barriers you have, actual or perceived. I am focused on getting you results, whether that’s reaching your goals, or shrinking the barriers to progress. Together we will focus on getting the outcomes you are striving for.

Whilst running and starting businesses is hard work, I believe there is fun to be had on the journey.

I have launched, grown, and acquired small businesses in property, events, music, and sport. Some projects have been more successful than others, but it is often from our failures that we learn the most.

I have a BA Hons degree in Business studies (major in Marketing); I’m a qualified Practitioner of Business & Life Coaching L.C.D Dip; plus I have experience working in large organisations like Birra Peroni and Grand Metropolitan Brewing. Which means I am able to combine big picture strategy with the reality of small business.

I’m passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, small business owners and start-ups realise their vision. Bringing a strong business mindset and background to our work together.

My coaching style is collaborative, and supportive. I will hold you accountable to your goals. I believe that some tough love and an outside perspective can assist us to remove obstacles in our businesses and our lives.

I have assisted entrepreneurs to become wealthy, business partners to attain their goals and musicians to make the UK music charts.

Good coaching is also about drawing on life experiences and I have plenty of those many good, some not so good! I am a son, husband, father, a friend. Across all those roles I bring genuine warmth, energy and honesty; these are the values fundamental to my coaching style.
