Coaching for Business Owners
Frequently asked questions.
Who is your business coaching for?
Reboot coaching is for owners of small businesses and start-ups.
This includes businesses that are family run, limited companies, partnerships, freelancers, solopreneurs, and individuals who are planning to launch a new business.
Maybe you have a brilliant new business idea and are thinking of launching a start-up, or you have launched a new business and need some support to build more momentum, perhaps you are established but need to kick on to the next level.
Whatever stage of business you are at, we can work together.
What is your coaching like?
Each coaching session is as unique as the individual client, so the coaching sessions will be tailored to your requirements. All sessions are 1-2-1, conducted in person or via video call.
I am in your corner, straight-talking, and honest. I use simple techniques to empower my clients to retake control, see things from a different perspective and achieve results for their businesses and personal lives.
How regularly would our sessions be?
Because the sessions are bespoke it really depends on you and how you like to work. Client sessions range from one hour per week, two hours every other week, to 3-hour blocks once a month. It is up to you and your personal needs.
Normally we start with an hourly session once per week. Sessions are booked in blocks of three hourly sessions.
As a special offer if you book a block of six-hourly sessions you get 30 minutes free, and if you book a block of nine hourly sessions you get a free 60-minute session.
How do we start?
Just send me an email here hello@rebootcoaching.com to book in your free 30 min no-obligation coaching session with me.
Can I extend our sessions?
Yes we can extend sessions but only with advance notice and subject to diary commitments.
Can you solve my business or personal challenges?
My coaching is non-directive and collaborative which means that I believe that clients are naturally creative, resourceful, whole, and capable of finding their own answers (with support) to whatever challenges they face. So I don’t tell you what to do.
Non-directive collaborative coaching involves asking questions, listening, and empowering rather than instructing and telling.
It is all about offering a new perspective.
What are your payment terms?
Coaching sessions are purchased in three hourly chunks see the packages and special offers here. All sessions must be paid for by bank transfer in advance of the session.
I’ve never been coached and feel unsure it is right for me.
The coaching process is about trust, I am a big believer in chemistry and sometimes things just don’t click.
So, I offer a free 30-minute exploratory meeting where we can discuss your current situation and where I can assist you. If it does not feel right, there is no obligation to proceed with a coaching programme.
Is coaching a business expense?
Yes.
Can you visit our premises for our coaching session?
Yes, I can certainly come to your offices. Please note that all costs of travel and any accommodation (if required) will need to be added to the session fee.
Can you help with financial issues?
I want to be clear that I am a coach and not a financial advisor. I can certainly assist you to understand and frame your current financial situation, so you are prepared for conversations with financial advisors, and stakeholders like banks, shareholders, investors etc.
Can you help me if I am stuck/unhappy with my business?
Yes of course, we will look at understanding what the contributing factors are and look forward to how things can be improved or alternatively plan an exit strategy if you decide you have other opportunities to explore.
